Prosthodontist
Dr. David Paladines-Gaibor, DMD, MS, is a highly trained prosthodontist with expertise in restorative and implant dentistry, prosthodontics, surgical procedures, TMJ treatment, and facial aesthetics. His comprehensive approach to patient care combines advanced clinical training with a strong focus on function, aesthetics, and individualized treatment.
Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Dr. Paladines-Gaibor immigrated to the United States at the age of 17 to pursue his dream of becoming a doctor. He graduated magna cum laude from New Jersey City University in 2014 with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2018, where he developed a particular interest in surgical and prosthodontic dentistry.
Dr. Paladines-Gaibor continued his advanced training at Columbia University Medical Center, where he completed his specialty training in prosthodontics and earned a Master of Science degree. His extensive education has provided him with advanced expertise in restoring complex dental cases and creating treatment plans that balance long-term function with natural aesthetics.
Committed to continuing education, Dr. Paladines-Gaibor has also pursued advanced training in facial aesthetics and has been a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics since 2021.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Paladines-Gaibor is a musician and minister of worship. He enjoys spending time with his family, staying active, and giving back to his community.
