Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Lauren (DaHea) Ham was born in Seoul, South Korea but grew up in Los Angeles, CA. She attended the Accelerated BS/DDS Joint Degree program at Adelphi University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at NYU College of Dentistry with honors in Pediatric Dentistry. She remained in New York to complete her two-year pediatric dental residency at NYU College of Dentistry/NYCHHC Bellevue Hospital, and has since called New York her home. In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr. Ham has been involved in numerous research projects, and has published in the New York State Dental Journal. Dr. Ham is a board-eligible candidate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Ham enjoys participating in international dental outreach missions, previously having gone to the Dominican Republic and Mexico to provide essential care to underserved communities. In her personal time, she is a coffee enthusiast who loves to travel and explore new cultures with her family. Her kind personality and gentle approach allow her pediatric patients to feel comfortable and secure in her care. Dr. Ham is fluent in both English and Korean.
